How many times must folks like NEM continue to be allowed to launch personal attack after personal attack at other posters?

Wasnt this CLEARLY discussed as being a violation of the rules and wasnt NEM CLEARLY on his "last chance" after REPEATEDLY being suspended for violating such terms?

If you're born round you dont die square. NEM is what he is and he'll NEVER change and yet he is repeatedly protected by his little cadre of apologists (including a certain moderator)
