Brady vs Giants career regular season:
2-1, 60.7% comp, 4TD, 2 INT, 7.23 YPA, 270 Y/G, 87.3 QB rating.
60.4% comp, 266 yards, 5.5 Y/A, 1TD, 0 INT, 82.5 QB rating. Longest pass was 19 yards. Considering the game the O-line had (5 sacks, probably a half a million hits), I'd say that's a damned good game. I believe this was recently ranked as an "impossible" win on a postseason QB rating based on team performance.
Eli vs Pats career regular season:
1-1, 59.2% comp, 6TD, 2INT, 7.06 Y/A, 250 Y/G, 97.2 QB Rating
55.9% comp, 255 yards, 2TD, 1 INT, 87.3 QB Rating.
That's not exactly all that bad for Tom and definitely better than his career line against the Ravens. People also forget that Tom did outplay Manning in the Superbowl, even with all the miracles that Manning got that final drive.
As for the higher QB Rating for Eli in the reg. season, most of that actually comes from the game at the end of '07. This years defense has exactly 1 player that was on that team. He had a 77.9 QB rating vs the Pats this year.
I'm not suggesting it will be easy or anything, but saying that Brady has been bad against the Giants and Eli owns the Pats is just not true. It's pretty much a wash.
