See, that's Wendy's genius at work. Look at the title closely... it's not "guaranteed", it's "guranteed".

So he isn't actually promising anything, since "Guranteed" isn't a word you can find in the dictionary. From the context, though, it apparently means "of dubious value" or "with fingers crossed".
