My interpritation. Don't be asleep to the presant(you'll miss it) by living in the past.
Don't sleep in the thought of the the future,you don't know what the future will bring.
Live in the NOW,and only the NOW............................................... ..Grasshopper.

You're right.I'm sitting here trying it and I don't think its just an O its oummmm,Oummmmm.Like many words I know how it sounds but not how its spelled. Now for another serene thought.
