Funny video.
She's wrong about one thing. Our rights are not given by people or governments; they're "god given" if you believe in the divine, or "inherent" if you don't. Governments ideally should protect rights, but generally regulate and restrict them.
Other than that, yes. I tire of Christians hijacking the Constitution to push their agenda.
