I say Raiders, just because the first time you watch it, you don't have the anticipation of great stunts or crazy traps, and its all fun and adventure. Then when you watch the others, you expect the traps and the chase scenes and what not, so it isn't as genuine as when you watch Raiders for the first time.

I liked all of them and look forward to the new one, but you just can't beat the original.

Personally, I would have to say Raiders of the Lost Ark followed by TLC, then Temple of Doom.
