It's not the first time this has happened. I've seen it with computers too. The sellers on eBay are under no obligation to sell the item. They only risk negative feedback. And they already have that.
60k for a car.  that will be the day I do that.

Why didn't they just put a reserve if they didn't intend to commit to an offer that didn't meet their expectations. Just creates a bad rep for his dealership.
