When I switched from Verizon to Comcast I forgot to update my online banking info and to compound it I had changed my phone number so they couldn't text me a safe pass code. I need to make sure I have updated all my info and have all my ducks in a row before I close the account. They probably will offer me a better deal I just need to decide if it's worth it. I'll probably give them a call later this week.
