Default Pats jersey question

I'm thinking about buying a heavily discounted Maroney jersey and converting it to a Woodhead jersey. It's easy enough to remove a jersey's back nameplate, the question is: can a replacement nameplate be purchased or constructed and sewn back on? Anyone have the answer or an idea?

You can try the site called easternlettering.net.
Based in NC. I was thinking of changing a nameplate as well. I've been looking at their site, but I haven't bought anything from them so I don't know for sure how good their stuff is.
