Why can't I sleep past 4:00 AM in the morning?? Do you know it is getting light out later every day, the crickets stop chirping with the birds start..

I seem to always wake up before I'm ready and seldom feel rested in the morning. Haven't been able to figure that one out myself.

I hate sleeping. I avoid it as much as possible - I wish I could run on 5 hour's a night - that way I wouldn't feel like I am wasting 30 years of my life.

I wish I could be like John Gruden as well, but it just isn't good for the normal person to get less than a solid eight hours sleep. I usually get 7.5.

Don't go to bed at 8 pm.

I have to work 11-7 on certain days I've gotten to notice when some people come on. P.C. is around 3 am you are app.5-530 am box is up all night it seems Cat,Mike the Brit,and i think Iron Wasp get on around 5am also etc. There are nights I'm on this for 8 hours.

If I wake up early I can't fall back to sleep,and if by chance I do I feel like ***** the rest of the day.

I use to only get 5-6 hrs of sleep at the most I used to do well,once I got used to it. Also the older you get the less sleep you need, so you've got that to look forward to.

I always felt the same way you do,i don't want to sleep my life away.

Some people must get up really early. I post here, say, at 9am my time (which is five hours ahead of Eastern Time) and there are a couple of regulars on here.

I used to work the graveyard shift from 2200 - 0600 so I am used to staying up all night. I have been trying to get myself back to a more normal schedule since I now work day's... I can imagine a few of the regulars with similar problems xD
