Says a lot.
Its one thing if a guy gains 30lbs over his career. Lets face it, everyone gains a few pounds as they age. And in the case of MLBer's there's nothing suspect about gaining some muscle. MLBer's get babied when it comes to proper nutrition and have access to $150/hr personal trainers. You can generally tell by counting the number of chins the suspect has in the before pic vs the after. That'll tell you just how much mass is honest and how much isn't. |

Although I agree that theres plenty of steroids around, these pictures say nothing....and some say less.

Some of them I couldn't tell much due to the angle or my ignorance - but some were stunning differences especially considering most of the befores were in the early to mid 20s as opposed to, say, a lanky 16 year old.
