Boy thoses police in Tennassee sure are sharp.The police belive it was an accident,no charges were filed.DUH the dud was shot by his dog ,who nocked a pistal off a table.

Nah, I think the girlfriend tried to kill him, and blamed it on the dog... It would take alot for a gun to go off when it hit the ground... Most have safety features for that, and who keeps a gun on the nightstand without the safety on in the first place...
