Default Romantic Dinner music

Not sure why, but someone was asking this, so I thought, why not ask it here? What artists and their song(s) do you play to get into that romantic mood with that special someone?

Shining Star, by the Manhattans is a great one for us (not to be confused with the Earth Wind and Fire tune - which is a great tune but not really romantic)... the Manahattans do the original though we're more fond of the longer improvised Jerry Garcia Band version

Also various Dave Matthews Band romantic tunes (Crash... etc...)

Well said. On our first date, I serenaded Miss Gcat with "There is a light that never goes out" by The Smiths. It contains lyrics along the lines of "...and if a ten ton truck kills the both of us, to die by your side, the pleasure and privilege are mine".

Four years later, she still hasn't dumped me. You lot are WAAAY off base with all that shmoltzy crap.

Edit: Her Highness has asked me to point out that she hates The Smiths. She is clearly in denial.
