The good news - it's about time they implemented this.
The bad news - they did it in a crappy way.

It's in the Get Info -> Sorting area. And it works, list the CDs by year or just numbered 1,2,3,etc and it orders them how you want.

The problem ? You have to update the value for every track. Unlike some Get Info things, like album name, where you can change all the tracks on a CD - this one you have to hit Next and the number, Next and the number, Next and the number.

It's a great feature and a crappy implementation.

It should update your CD's automaticaly with their song order..?

Right, inside a CD it's track by track.

But by setting the Album Sort field you can now have the CDs one by one chronologically as opposed to alphabetically. But it's poorly implemented.

Ohh I see what your saying. Hey - at least Itunes has it - can't say that about WMP :P

Turns out you can set the first track then right click on it and select "Apply Sort Field" to set the rest of the CD the same.
