Anyone see Studio 60 last nite? Looks like a great show with a number of good actors. I'm sure next season we will see Studio 62, 63, and 64, as this will be a hit. Anyone know if any show consultants worked for SNL?

I give credit that they are trying to be intelligent AND funny (as most TV shows think they are mutually exclusive). It's a show that bears watching and as long as it doesn't get too soap opera-ey for me I'll stay tuned. |

Well, its the third show, and its still fresh. The reality of real life tv politics and behind the scenes of SNL. Great cast and good writing. Time will tell, if they can keep it up.

My wife and I really like it. But we fear that they'll have trouble making the audience identify with the characters, issues, or conflicts of the show.
I grew up in Beverly Hills, lived 15 years in Manhattan, and know something about high-level corporate politics, so the show seems to be about real people to me. But I'm probably in a minority there ... |

This show is awful. Am I supposed to care about these character's problems? No thanks.

The last episode got good halfway through when they stopped dragging out the post-breakup love story and got on with the plot. Hell, the main story usually gets over-short shrift, if anything, each week.
