Heh, if only it was the only spoiler... jerks go on leave, see movies, come back and take delight in spoiling every new movie that comes out! My buddy has the book and when I saw that the guy who wrote Shutter Island also wrote Mystic Island I actually lost a lot of interest in the movie. Oh well, Scorsese/DiCaprio... I'll more than likely end up purchasing the DVD anyway!

A Beautiful Mind-When Russell Crowe's character gets the Nobel Prize over mathmatics made me want to bawl.
Beauty & The Beast-When the Beast learns to love and changes himself and his staff back to humans. Made me bawl too!

Speaking of Ron Howard movies, "Ransom", the part where Gibson's character thinks that Sinese's character just shot the kid and goes into a full breakdown always gets me a little choked up.

Lord of War. There isn't really an exact scene that "gets me," but just the movie as a whole. I already have the DVD and the movie programmed into my iPod, but whenever I'm flipping through channels on TV, and I see it on, I've had a tendency to leave it there, regardless which scene it's on.

Come to think of it, I can't really pinpoint a movie scene that "gets me." Now if this was a music thread, I can go off for dayyys.

1. THe scene in Good Will hunting when Robin Williams and Matt Damon discuss the beatings they took as children.

3. The charge of the rohirim (sic) in the Return of the King.

4. The "On Raglan Road" scene in In Brugges

there are many many more these just came to the top of my head.

Forrest Gump's full of up's and downs, thats why it's such a good film. The first time I saw The Wrestler the ending left me thinking, is he dead or what? I read up on peoples takes and the majority feeling was he snuffed it. I was like, ***** man...
