Any Marriage Advice?

It's something I'm putting together for one of my brothers who's getting married this fall and thought it might be funny to have some good ol' boyz advice for him! I know there's "never go to bed mad" but there's gotta be more!

The only advice i can give is : Be Ready for Reality
All that fairy tale land of love etc people tend to be during boyfriend/girlfriend stage goes out the window. Its like saying 'now your farts smell' hahah. I myself, got married knowing every day in marriage is a "situation" sorta like going in combat. Just have ammo "love for her/him" , plan strategic missions well "do smart **** together, apart from too much parties" and realize like in war, you win some and you loose some and eat "humble pie" hahah! good luck!

1.When we go out together putting a lime or any other fruit in your beer is not acceptable, if you want a fruity drink order a colada
2. If I’m acting like a child it's probably because I’m being treated like one 3. I refuse to leave any game before it ends to "beat traffic" 4. The only time I want to cuddle is only after a devastating loss by the home town team, like the game that shall not be named. 5. Your right it would be nice if I came home with flowers for no reason, but there's no reason you couldn't come home with a six-pack either. |
