Default Glucosamine and Chondroitin

I had my knee scoped last year ... the usual clean out some cartalidge and some arthritis. Felt perhaps 75% better and now it's getting worse again.
My son says Glucosamine and Chondroitin is the way to go. Hard to get anygood stuff on the internet ... so I'll ask here.

Has anyone tried it for knee pain?

Does anyone have any good info to share???

I heard that Cosamine DS is the best

My wife has a bad knee, a couple of years ago in was really acting up we she went to a specialist (i went along to translate from medicalease to plain english) i was mildy shocked when he told her to take it. I asked about the efficacy of G+C and he said it does work, although we were told one of the main side effects is ......farting.

I know a ton of people that swear by G&C for arthritis....I know lots of people that take it, it works and they love it.....

It works really well. Just be sure to get the powder form and not the pill. Your body will absorb more of it in powder form.
