That's a pretty interesting life he's led and just goes to show you that you can go far in life and be successful if you have the drive and creativity to do so. I used to not like him (considered him a knock-off of Conan), but I've warmed up to him in the last few years or so. Still enjoy Conan a little bit better, but Ferguson has earned my respect and viewership. Even moreso after that article. Good stuff.

I've loved his work since he was on The Drew Carey Show...he seems like if you give him comedic material he can do a lot with a little and make it funnier than any of the other hosts could- and still appear to be an average guy instead of a phoney.

His first stand-up special that he did in Boston was great, what he does on his show is exactly what he does in his routine minus the current events jokes.
