Lebanon man had bag of marijuana stuck to his forehead, police say | Breaking Midstate News with The Patriot-News -

Cesar Lopez, a 29-year-old Lebanon, Pa., man, was busted Saturday when he walked up to a police officer with a small bag of marijuana stuck to his forehead, according to Lebanon police.

Police said the officer went into a Turkey Hill convenience store on Lehman Street at 3:25 a.m. Saturday and saw Lopez holding a baseball cap and peering inside it. When Lopez approached the officer, he looked up, and the officer said he saw a small plastic bag stuck to Lopez's forehead. The bag appeared to contain marijuana, police said.

The officer retrieved the bag from Lopez’s forehead and said, “Is this what you are looking for?,” according to the police report. Lopez was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

BOSTON – A convicted killer seeking a state-funded sex-change operation has added a demand for electrolysis treatments to her lawsuit against state prison officials.

A federal judge has twice rejected Michelle Kosilek’s request for electrolysis, finding that she had not shown a “serious medical need” for the hair removal treatments.

Kosilek’s lawyers filed an amended lawsuit Friday, asking that prison officials be required to follow recommendations for electrolysis by several doctors. Kosilek is also asking for an independent evaluation by a specialist in gender-identity disorder.

Kosilek was named Robert when convicted of killing his wife, Cheryl, in 1990. Kosilek has undergone hormone therapy and seven electrolysis treatments, and dresses as a woman in an all-male state prison.
