Default A Christmas Carol: An IMAX 3D Experience

I'm on vaca this week and decided spear of the moment to see A Christmas Carol at the Imax. I expected the 3D to be sporadic. You know, put your glasses on for this scene. But, to my delight the entire film is 3D from the opening logos on. I haven't enjoyed a movie experience like that since I was a kid. It truly envelops you. My favorite scenes were outside in the snow. You could swear there were snowflakes not only falling around you, but you could almost imagine them falling behind you as well. I've always been a sucker for the Christmas Carol story. I've seen them all. And surprisingly this animated one really brings it to life. I may see it again before it closes.
