The Feds aren't gonna pursue pot arrests for those who's states legally allow it.

I got to get to Vermont!

Andrew Sullivan got bagged in some national park here in MA a few months ago. He figured he was safe since decriminalization had kicked in; but that didn't apply on federal land at the time. He's actually not so bad for a Neo-Nazi Republican, so I hope his case hasn't been adjudicated yet.

Eh. Decriminalization has never bothered me. As far as I'm concerned, the stuff has always been decriminalized within the confines of my home (and sometimes in my car, depending on whether or not I'm in a rush).
