The 'Gansett people run a lot of ads down here in Rhode Island on WBRU (the alt-rock station), complete with the "Hi, neighbor! Have a 'Gansett!". Apparently, they're brewing it in upstate NY right now, but would like to build a brewery in Rhode Island again, and in their commercials they basically ask that New Englanders drink as much of it as possible, LOL... probably so they can convince investors to give them the cash to brew it here.

I hope they don't want the old sign back from the brewery. It's down in Narragansett, RI in the rotary when you come off Route 1.
