Good thing they don't call it brown friday.

With the holliday season near, Black Friday around the corner, and the economy in the pooper, I figured a thread pointing out deals would be a good idea. Anyone who sees a special bargain, or sale, please post it and let us all know!

Here are some sites to pay attention to:

Well at least gas is now less than 40lbs of manure.

There's only 1 black Friday sale I take advantage of. For the last 2 years anyway Modells has had a 30% off men's apparel on black Fri until 12 PM. You need the coupon but, it's always in the Sunday paper before Thanksgiving. 2 years ago I got a Brady jersey and last year a Welker. I'm going to try for a Moss this year.

a little flea on a birdie told me Apple will have some deals on black friday - as well as a few surprises. Speculation is a few hundred off the computers and free iPods to the first however many in the store.

Also Macmall is having some really good deals on Macbook Pros.

Are those refurbished units at Macmall? I've been tempted lately to give Apple a try and the macbook pro prices look very appealing.

I doubt they're refurbed. They would have to let you know if they were. But, they are not the very latest models either.
