I saw Michael Phelps - this little kid... maybe 5 years old was walking around without a shirt and 20 medals around his neck. :P

The one I liked, because we always have a group of teenagers come around without costumes just to get candy, was a 15yo down the street came in a group of 10. They all had suits on and earpieces. I asked what he was and said "We are Secret Service Agents for Senator Obama" in a monotone. The last guy had a Obama mask on.
