So let me get this straight: none of the teams who are desperate for WRs want any part of Chad, but it was a mistake for the WR-rich Pats to let him go?

Anyway, I suspect the main reason he was let go was his not running out routes and rounding off patterns against the Ravens and Eagles.

I liked Chad, and believe he has a ton of ability, but he's the guy who quit on his routes. The worst thing Chad has going for him now are games of the preseason games.

Good lord ANOTHER "bring back Chad Jackson" thread... WHY??? I really liked him a lot...BUT with repetitive threads being brought up continuously, I am starting to really hate Good Old Chad. Basically he doesn't run correct routes..and does NONE of the little things that are NEEDED TO BE a wideout in the NFL. I think a lot of posters in general...get their so called football knowledge from video games and other NON-football sources...and really know little of the actual game itself. AND what it takes to BE able to play in a position..SO..according to some Jackson is better than Washington and Gaffney..they haven't caught a pass..so they must stink. PLEASE!!! STOP with the total ignorance of the game!!! It's totally ridiculous and foolish..and post's like this stick out like sore thumbs!! Common sense be gone!! Special teams mean nothing..Chad was great in college and did not really practice a lot...GAME DAY CHAD!!! You know..I have wished him good luck..but am starting to hope he ends up in the pile of wide receivers that were great in college..but could NOT cut it in the NFL at all...Hey Arena football is only a few months away..he can find a home there. If Dancing fool Chris Canty can STILL find a place to play..Chad might be able to find a home.

Seriously, man.... let it go. If Seattle, who is in dire need of ANYONE with ANY ability to play WR isn't interested in CJ, doesn't that give you a clue as to his perceived worth?

Chad Jackson, is that you behind that user name? I know you are upset that you were cut but your time is probably better spent boosting your name on other teams' message boards. Or better yet, work on your route running.

I was about to respond to this irritating thread that is started by someone who assumes that he/she knows more about Chad Jackson than BB and the Pats. But your response is better! Thanks for saving me some time now and in the future!

Briz,

Another WR from FLA who is a bust. He didn't have good communication with Brady and that's that.
