Default Salty

Can someone explain to me why we didn't trade him?

Why we traded Shoppach instead of Salty?

If we just needed a good catcher to finish the year Shoppach was good enough ... even good enough for next year. Salty is the Jonah on the team - he has brought us grief ... and he sucks as a hitter and catcher.

I obsess over this ... I blame him more than Luchino and Valentine.

Shoppach was a dbag, I guess they want to get rid of all the dbags, much more to come.

Maybe he was a dbag because he had to play behind a dog ... ???

Both are no good. Both should have been traded. Meh and meh.

Not a big fan, but doesn't Salty lead this team in HR's??... aside from that he is woefully inadequate in all phases of the game.

Good catchers are a rare commodity in MLB.

Shoppach was a whiner. At least salty keeps his mouth shut. Plus salty has a ton of hr's
