07. New England Patriots - LB Keith Rivers, Southern California

Rivers can shed blockers and rush the passer, can add alot of versatility to the Pats aging LB corp.

62. New England Patriots - DB DaJuan Morgan, North Carolina State

The Patriots continue to strengthen the center of their defense and provide depth for Rodney Harrison.

Rivers looks like a gifted athlete with an attitude, that's what I like about him. But his low Wonderlic score and the word that he's more of a line up and go guy than one who can readily diagnose a play makes me wonder how he'd fit in the Pat's D. If we're drafting him as an OLB then it makes more sense.

What was the Wonderlic for players last year? I'm interested in Patrick Willis's score.

I scored a 33 on the mock wonderlic and I took less than the 2 minutes allotted to do it. It's not rocket science, but it tests quick thinking basically.

After taking the test, I seriously question how this translates to the football field. I can see now why it's considered overrated in many quarters.

Some 2008 wonderlic scores.
