Hmmm... WOW...
That's a better list than I could manage, but I did actually think about it and couldn't name any areas of strength. It's amazing that they won any games at all last year. Even Miami has some good players: Ronnie Brown, Carey isn't bad, Satele will develop, they may squeeze another season out of Jason Taylor....

The start of the draft has rather caught me by surprise. I was clear about my first pick (actually, I was clear that it would be one of three: Chris Long, Ryan or Gholston) but have to do some more scouting. However, it is now 10.46 pm over here and I have a meeting tomorrow morning.

I will spend Thursday evening, Good Friday and Saturday doing some prep. Here's a gimme. I won't be taking a QB in the second round.

For those of you who didn't do this last year, I suggest an Excel (or similar) spreadsheet. Do a big draft board. When people are drafted, remove them which is easy enough to do. When it's your turn, pick the highest name on the list.

The fun is in the prep and having an imagination. Last year I was picking as Indy so I was looking for smaller, faster defenders, a slot receiver and so on.
Da Bruinz also caught me out by saying that LJ Shelton had been released. As I said, I need to get up to speed. Have fun overnight and I will see you all tomorrow.

No worries. Everyone does their boards differently.

I don't think he was criticizing GC's pick but rather saying that as the Rams' player he got his top-rated guy.

Chris Long is a great pick and the automatic frontrunner for Defensive Rookie.

I didn't think he was criticizing GC's pick. I just wanted to know I wasn't really criticizing his.

well with Matt Ryan off the board, I had to go with jake long for atlanta, thinking that they lost their starting tackle this year and with a new stud running back, Jake should be a good complamenty player.

Was caught by surprise by the start of the draft.

Also nearly missed my turn when we lost power at my job for hours.

does the board have a spell check?
