He won't be available and we would of course draft him if he were there.

The Chiefs have all but said we will draft Jake Long.

Herm Edwards basically said on NFL Network we need offensive line help at the end.

Was actually kind of stupid but we are talking about Herm.

J Long and McFadden are the only two guys in this draft that I see that can come in and start from day one. He would be a huge upgrade over Kazcur.
Maybe the Chiefs can solve their OL problems via FA.

What about Ryan Clady from Boise St. The more I think about the draft, I'm starting to beleive that the Pats will have no suitors for that #1 draft pick (unless they trade it staight up for a proven player already). I have seen a coupe of mock drafts that have us picking Clady and there reasoning is starting to make me think that it is more than just a possibility. We would have to agree that he would be an immediate upgrade at RT.

Depends if Matt Ryan slips. Plus who knows what happens at the combine? It's still early.

And how about Cherilius? I've heard that he is a natural RT.

Chad Rinehart, University of Northern Iowa, 6'5", 308, is a guy that I would like to see the Patriots take a look at with a third round pick.

Clady is certainly on my short list.

I would pass on him for one reason...too many can't miss OL in the top 10 that have not panned out in the pro's.
We need defense more anyway.
