he's not really mocking Locker to us he's just saying thats where he thinks he will be picked. I'd be happy with that news as it would mean the NE trade extravaganza has now begun

Jordan is a possibilty at 17, although if Bowers is still on the board, he needs to be considered there depending on medical reports of course.
I like Mayock, but there's no way the Patriots take Locker at 28.

I disagree with Mayock,regarding pick #33,which I believe becomes more attractive because it is owned by BB Teams would rather trade with him because he has no reason to try to gouge the buyer,as the Pats don't need to.Many GM's have mentioned that BB is fair and honest in trade dealings.Since he is likely to deal the pick to a team with the worst 2012 prognosis,it puts additional pressure on a "better" 2011 team to bump up their 2011 2nd or third round offer. I don't care a lick,that the Patriots "only" have 5 draft choices in 2012....optimum,to me, would be 2 #1's and 2 #'2's....that's it....Don't need no more,imho. |

That makes sense then, and Locker is a good player but I don't see him as a good value to any team in that slot.
