Default Literal dream draft

I officially have to lay off the nfldraftscout.com at bedtime. Last night I had a lengthy dream that involved waiting through all 7 rounds of the draft to learn the Patriots picks.

I can't remember much, but I do know we took a safety in round 2 and Syvelle Newton in the 4th.

I consider that a step in the right direction, most of my dreams are still centered around 3 and 4.... common screams that wake me up in the middle of night.
  • Why didn't we run the ball? Why?
  • Tom, look off the Safety. Look off the Safety! Look of the Safety! Tom, oh Tom.
  • Fake something short and hit Watson in the seam.
  • Looks like a good time to run a delay screen to Graham...
  • Lets go for it on forth down....
But I digress...

I never dream about potential Pats picks, although my final Pats Prospects list will be revealed through daily meditation (seriously). And I just know that patchick, Box_O_Rocks, Digger, cstjohn17, broadwayjoe, BelichickFan, dryheat44, will all lose sleep waiting for it. Man, I detest name-dropping (it's so rude).

Now, back to the topic (what exactly is the topic?) Oh yeah, I am having some real-time difficulties weeding out my draft board. The aforementioned Syvelle Newton, along with Chansi Stuckey timed in the 4.6's (much slower than expected) -- but I'm still impressed by their smarts, versatility, and quicks. I think they'll remain for now...

Also patchick, considering the quality depth at Safety, I'd say it's one position we can count on to be drafted (can't believe I said count on ).

Okay Homer, was Bart Head Coach or Head Cheerleader wearing officious PATSNUTMe cheerleader apparel?

How about:
Where the eff is Dave Thomas?
Roll out of the pocket, dammit, to buy some time.

That play, and the first series of the 2nd half, were not Skippy's and Bundchen-on-the-Brain's finest hour.

OMG, another thread about draft dreaming.

It reminds me of when I tried to stop smoking by getting the nicotine patch. I read the instructions, and it said a side effect said a side effect could be vivid dreams.

But instead of being on a tropical island alone with the entire Patriots cheerleader squad, I had a dream that Hannibal Letcher was chasing me around trying to get my brain (for food). It made me so nervous that I got up and had a cigarette.

Well my question has to be... but did they smell like Patriots?? Haha, sorry, just couldn't resist that one.

Wow. I had exactly the same dream.

Just kidding.
