Default Draft contest day 2: A Breakthrough!

With popular players like Gronkowski and Spikes in the fold, we have several entrants with 2 picks right through 3 rounds...and one who has already broken the seemingly impossible 3 barrier! Believe it or not, one of our own picked Gronkowski, Cunningham AND Spikes.

Everyone, a big round of applause for...wait for it...

jeffbiologist.

Yes, that staunchest of critics of the Patriots' perennial boneheaded personnel moves is walking hand in hand with Belichick this year, singing kumbaya. Jeff, we look forward to your report on how BB is actually a total genius.

WOW, Thank you thank you. As you will see I am not always a critic but it does make the board more interesting if we all dont agree on everything right?? While I have the mike I want to suggest a scenario in the first round as I am pretty spot on the pulse right now, LOL. My guess is yesterday we had 2 objects of desire, Gresham and Tebow. I know I know, I dont want him either but I am quite sure that BB and Josh were trading down tet a tet after Gresham was gone with Josh finally trading up 2 spots to grab him. We were in a pickle with no one to trade down with and what does BB do when that happens?? YUP, pick up the best available DB. I had his name too, glad it didnt work out though.

Whatever, I'm grinning from ear to ear that we got Cunningham, he and my namesake(O'Brien Schofield)are my binkies this year and this is the first time we got one. If we get Schofield in the 5th I will call that one too and be the first to buy that jersey! You can see me at the game and try to beat me up! The other OL to look for later is Fox out of Miami but in my opinion today was the most impressive use of a draft board in a single day I can recall. NO ******IN TODAY! But please dont pony up another 6 DBs tomorrow. Please..... Thanks for organizing it, nice work Patchick!

I'm hoping we pick up LeGarrete Blount and another WR to fill out the offense. But overall the second and third rounds were awesome. Its amazing how the Pats can trade and gain up picks while still getting solid players.

Really nice work guessing Patriot draft picks is insanely difficult.

What really happened is that BB came on here last night and saw me ripping on him for taking another CB. His godness asked me to send over some suggestions and he said he'd see what he could do. We're tight now, want to leave him any messages I'll forward them.....he also sent me crazy pics of those cheerleaders, they are more flexible than they look!

Well lets just say Mankins isnt the only one to have naked pics of the coach. You can disagree with the idea but you have to admit there was LOGIC behind it. I mean, I did just pick BBs brain for 3 straight picks and I'm not sure if thats been done before. I got 3 more picks still on the board and got hosed on the Tebow pick in the first or it could have been 7/12...but now I'm braggin. Good luck to everyone today! Lets find some more stupid teams to trade with!! I got a box of jock straps and AD....
