McCourty CB - has the talent to challenge for a starting job at corner and has great return and ST skills.

Gronkowski TE - The Gronk man has size, athleticism, pass catching, blocking that you'd want in a tight end. Great pick and his enthusiasm will help fire up the offense!

Cunningham and Spikes LBs - BB has revamped the linebacker corps and Spikes is the fiery thumper in the middle to complement Mayo. You've got to really like how this changes the face of our defense!

Taylor Price - very good route running skills, very good quickness/fast twitch, and he's a senior so he's got the experience and polish to contribute right away. A great #2 type WR who will be a nice weapon for Brady to look for along with the Gronk!

PLUS we got another 2nd round pick in 2011. This draft is FANTASTIC once you look at it from top to bottom, and this is just the FIRST TWO days! Who's excited now??!

I am very pleased with the outcome of today. Some glaring needs were met with what appear to be excellent value picks whilst adding a second rounder for next year.

It amazes me the other teams continue to allow Bill Belichick to abuse them come draft day the way he does.

This team is in a rebuild and I am excited for what the future holds.

I agree, to whatever extent that you can on draft day (it's all snap-overreactions). As whiny and upset as I was last night, I'm pretty amped now.

I think BB has mastered seeing how the draft board will unfold, then he trades down just far enough so he can still get his guy! We got a lot of promising players on Day 2 who can really help this team. Most of our major need have now been addressed. I know they can't ALL turn into all pros, but this draft is still pretty exciting!

Brings up a good point. Everyone was jumping off the cliff after last night but BB just showed his draft genius by Moving back a bit last night and still getting the guy he wanted.

In the process he picked up a third that netted Price and parlayed his other 3rd into a 2 next year. This allowed us to address 5 needs with these moves. All quality players too. The only real need left to address is DE.

Great draft so far.
