INVENTORY AT OG - We keep four
(remember than one these also needs to be the backup center)
Mankins - an RFA who amny hope we will be able to extend for only $7M a year
Neal - a UFA who is often injured and cannot be counted on for a full season
Connolly - a warm body, who can fill as needed
Wendell - another warm body who can fill in as needed
Ohrnberger - a developmental warm body
Yep, don't know why they wasted a 4th on ohrnberger, too small, tiny guy. Just what you need next to Koppenhead.
May hold off on drafting a WR high.
Figure with 1 1st, 3 2nds, and a fourth, if they trade down they may get 6 or 7 guys in the first 4 rounds.
AJ Edds would be good, don't know why someone doesn't like him. He's kind of like Stewart Bradley who BB wanted to draft in the 3rd but didn't. A former TE, he's very lanky but still 6'4" 245 and plays smart and is great at covering backs.
McGaha is a WR from ASU who we will definitely draft in the 4th or 5th. Very smart productive WR with great hands and great athletic ability.
I think we need an OG and Asamoah would be perfect, smart, labelled hardest worker, great athletic ability, moves well. Hopefully early 3rd for this guy.
TE I think we need, Watson probably leaves. I don't know why we don't use them more...Gresham has HoF type ability, so I think he's too good to pass up in the 1st. Tony Moeaki from IL would be available later if not this guy.
Don't think we draft a CB. We have Butler, Wilhite as well as Wheatley and Springs already. I think some of those guys would develop faster if they had playing time. Bodden probably leaves.
DL I think maybe a lower round. As for the mockery about Green and Seymour leaving, Seymour is gone, and as for Green, they have Wright as well as the rookie from GSU, but I also had them drafting Oghobaase.
A rush LB would be great, but BB doesn't draft them, or when he does (Crable) doesn't play them.
Spikes would be good, could play rush LB if needed, tough, strong, good instincts, good attitude. You'll see.
