Try here and here for SOS standings.
Well crap, if that first link's standings work out NE bumps to #44 and #49.

That is what I have according to my data -- Jags picking 10th in 1st Round, 12th in 2nd round.

This team needs some BINGO infusion to carry them to their fourth Vince, then I won't feel so bad about the final standings.

Trade Thomas for a 3rd round pick
I'd go for the following (assuming we have #24, 42, 50, 56 and 119):

- Trade Adalius Thomas for a 3rd round pick - something around 70 would be ideal
- Trade #42 and a 2011 3rd round pick to move up to around 34

24. DE/OLB Carlos Dunlap, Florida - 6'6" 270# boom or bust guy with high upside to play the elephant. I understand the red flags and the risk, but I could see BB feeling the talent was too good to pass up.
34. DT Terrance Cody, Alabama - 6'5" 365# mammoth. Slips a bit because he's viewed as a 2-down player by some teams.
50. Best available OG - Mike Iupati won't be on the board, but one of Gabe Carimi, Vlad Ducasse or Mike Johnson should be available.
56. Austen Lane, DE/OLB, Murray St. - 6'6" 260# guy with rare speed and athleticism. Should be a good fit on the weak side at OLB, with Dunlap at the strong side.
70. Kareem Jackson, CB, Alabama. 1st round talent if he comes out, would be a step up over Wilhite and Wheatley. A WR who falls could be an option here as well.
119. Either Jared Veldheer, OT, Hillsdale or Dexter McCluster, RB, Mississippi. Depends who is available. Veldheer could be a more raw version of Seabass. McCluster would be a steal as an all-purpose weapon in the 4th round. A TE or WR could also be an option here.

I'd play a base 3-4 with Warren and Wilfork at DE and Mount Cody in the middle, using Wright and Green (if we keep him) as situational pass rushers. I'd keep Derrick Burgess if the price is right, and use him and TBC at OLB while Dunlap and Lane learn the position, if Ninkovich and Crable for depth. And I'd have Mayo, McKenzie and Guyton at ILB. If I really want to get fancy I'd go after Karlos Dansby in FA and put him at SILB next to Mayo.

Sounds like a great plan but can you really see BB taking a guy that is a "boom or bust" in round 1? Usually he seems to go for the sure-fire guys and gamble a little more later on in the draft. I love the thought of a 3-4 with Warren Cody and Wilfork, that's a freakin fierce d-line.

I like Dunlap but I just can't see BB going with him in the first round.

With the Bungles laying down they will probably bump NE to #24 (before the Pats claim #32).
Box:

As I noted before, the last 12 picks are now determined by playoff exit; the teams that lose this weekend have picks 21-24, etc.

In any case, I now have, after the JEST game,

3 7-9 teams, picking CHI-JAX-MIA in round 1, and thus JAX-MIA-CHI in round 2, giving the Patriots #43.

5 8-8 teams, with CAR and TEN tied with 139 opponent wins each. Thus, those two teams will flip a coin at the combine for the #16 and #17 spots, which means the Patriots will have either #47 or #48 as well.

I now show JAX and CHI each with a .500 SOS. Both have 3-3 Div records. Jax has 6-6 Conf Record, Bears have 5-7 record. So Bears are worse, and would get the 10th pick. Right??

I don't think those tiebreakers are allowed, because they are in different conferences. I know they certainly didn't come into play in the OAK/KC/ATL tie between OAK and ATL or KC and ATL.

In any case, I have JAX at 128-128, and CHI at 126-130.
