not much, but then again, the vikings would not have had an issue with flick of the finger convenience when the vikings showed up

You didn't say that machine guns are banned unless you have a special permit from Treasury. You said, and I quote "Sort of the like the National Firearms Act of '34, which banned machine guns in private hands."

Of course, it didn't ban machine guns in private hands. So you are wrong...again.

I'm talking about all of it. Any kind of unaccountable murder from a nice, safe distance. Gang-banger OR NRA red neck or authoritarian executive or terrorist.

Cowardly murder. That's right.

Better? Now I've held my "side" accountable (again). Why can't you guys EVER do the same?

So when wars are fought everyone is a coward? What is your version of the brave way to kill? With a knife, a rock, bare hands? If I am at home in bed and someone breaks through a window with a knife and I shoot them am I a coward because I should have ran to my kitchen and get a knife and fight them fairly?

Oh, and I have no "side" I hold everyone accountable based on what I think and believe. Sure, I lean right on some things, but I also lean left on others and I am in the center in some as well. Try thinking for yourself and stop thinking of "sides".

The thirteenth century. Or a Masonic lodge, if you believe the Masons.

LOL... whereby "miserable" translates to calling murder-by-gun exactly what it is. Whatever you need to tell yourself. ... You probably mean I make people like you miserable. Gosh, I'm sorry.

I understand the "need" for guns. Nonetheless, I also recognize how conveniently easy they are to take a life from a safe distance with the flick of a finger. And I recognize how very different it might be for that fat security guard or dumb gang-banger if he had to kill a man with his bare hands instead.

Hey, whatever gun nuts. I don't like them. But as far as I'm concerned, you can have a gun. Just not military assault weapons, or clips of more than say 8-12 rounds.

Not for nothing, but why can't you people ever meet the opposition half way? ... on anything? ever?

But I'm the "miserable" one. Right.
