MADRID (AP) — Spain approved a two-year suspension of evictions Thursday for some needy homeowners unable to pay their mortgages, but activists said the government failed to address the larger issue of how those who give up their homes may still remain indebted, sometimes for the rest of their lives.
Can you imagine any bank giving a loan knowing that their clients can default and then live in their houses for at least 2 years?
So for anyone who falls into this category they will never get a loan.

When your situation is as dire as Spain's is, you take drastic measures to avoid civil unrest.
Sucks to be the landlord though. I wonder how they will account for people that depend on that rent for daily living.
Sure better than the alternative though. The last thing Spain wants is to cause mass unrest and have some Nazi party rise to power a la Greece.

The Patriots have been overachievers the past two years. It doesn't have the talent to compensate for injuries, and it wins so much because it puts in 99% effort in the regular season and plays with terrific schemes to mask its deficiencies.
But in the playoffs a good team at 99% will not beat emotional, talented teams that play at 100%. It's what happened against the Giants in 2011 and the Ravens in 2012.

I love it when I see in the news that a Bull wins one of those fights and cripples the Smelly Bull Fighter for life, I would love to see a Bull ram both of his horns right up one of those dirty bastards ass holes and puncture the shlt out of his rotten bowels, then I would like to see the Bull get into the stands and kill a few more of the rotten filthy vermin who are cheering for the scumsucking bullfighter.

I feel the same way about that guy "Vick The Dog Fighter" I would love to see him get his filthy throat ripped open by one of his doggys.
I hope he gets hit by a car or a bus.
I agree with you Harry about bullfighting and dogfighting. I used to like Vick a lot; now I always like it when he loses. He should not be in the NFL. In Sweden, where they have very strict animal rights, they even have a law guaranteeing chickens a minimum amount of space. There's a superb film, Temple Grandin, about a woman of the same name, an autistic woman who develop a compassionate ways of handling farm animals, including those that are led to slaughter. Her methods are used to handle about half the cattle in the US. If you have Netflix, it's actually a really interesting and well done film starring Claire Danes.
