This guy is a riot, does he do this stuff on purpose or is he really mentally retarded, Imagine the fun this country would have if this guy was President, he should make a movie with the three stooges.

At least the guy seems halfway honest in what he says and does, unlike the two clowns we have to choose from.

I agree I think it would great to have him as President, we would never know what was going to happen next, four years of comedy and one liners.

If Iran attacked us Biden would start bombing Coney Island.
