Roxanne Rubin was taken into custody as she arrived for work at the Riviera hotel-casino, investigators said. Rubin, 56, is a registered Republican who lives in Henderson, according to the Clark County Registrar.
Rubin allegedly cast a vote Monday at the Anthem Community Center in Henderson. Later that day, she tried to vote a second time at an early voting location on Eastern Avenue, investigators said.

Voter fraud. It's mostly from the right. Husted in Olhio is trying to disenfranchise those who cast provisional ballots, has struggled to restrict voting hours, and is allowing unverified software on numerous voting machines. Election fraud. In Viriginia and Florida, Republicans were caught red handed tossing out voter registration forms. In Florida, 1000 votes in a black neighborhood mysteriously disappeared. In Florida, there are not enough voting machines in the poorer neighborhoods, forcing people to stand in line for hours, unlike in the rural areas. The reality is that the the Republican Party is absolutely desperate, knowing that if they lose, their irrelevance comes about more quickly than they are prepared to deal with.

ever notice how Republican claims of voter fraud always refer to vague accusations of dead people voting Dem, blacks being "bussed" around or some old lady who "knows how to do the voting" hitting the wrong button. Then when actual voter fraud and suppression stories come out it usually involves the GOP?
Neither side has a monopoly on ethics in elections but giant lol @ Republicans taking a stand against cheating when the FLA governor just cut early voting in half and the Ohio Republican Secretary of State is trying to illegally toss provisional ballots and in between all you hear is stories like this:
Strategic Allied Consulting, hired to register voters in Colorado, is now accused of falsifying hundreds of voter registration forms in multiple states. The company, owned by Nathan Sproul, was hired by the Republican Party and paid millions of dollars to register voters in Colorado, Florida, North Carolina, Nevada and Virginia.
In Arapahoe County, an employee is under investigation for tearing up a democratic voter registration form.
In Virginia, 23 year old Colin Small is charged with 13 counts of election fraud. In Florida, law enforcement officials are investigating “hundreds” of suspicious forms all of which were submitted by Strategic Allied Consulting.

The company’s owner, Nathan Sproul, is a high-ranking republican strategist with a long and checkered past. Back in 2004, Sproul was the target of a similar investigation. The Department of Justice, the Arizona Attorney General and prosecutors in at least two other states were investigating widespread allegations of voter registration fraud.
I especially love the narrative about the Ohio machines magically switching votes based on one old lady's story; a state where nearly every single relevant elected official is Republican.
