If it is a minor it is one thing, however there is no indication of such... of course there are those who will jump to conclusions.

Without regard if it is soliciting prostitutes, or having affairs it is pretty stupid... politicians often get confused about the power they actually have, and think with the wrong head.

I'll say what I always tend to say in these situations, not good, but ultimately his career is in the hands of his constituents. I personally think prostitution should be legal, so it's hard for me to get upset over someone paying for sex. We all pay in one way or another, and so long as it is an act between consenting adults, then who cares. Now, this guy is a senator, and I believe he is married, so it's obviously not as easy as that. There is a certain level of professionalism that is required when holding the office, and his being a publicly elected figure means he'll have to answer to them. Again though, this is up to the voters of NJ to decide. Should someone lose their job because they paid for sex? There is no right or wrong answer here. It's for each individual to decide.

Did I mention that prositution should be legal? In a country where a woman can shopvac a baby out of her womb because it's "her body", said woman is forbidden from using "her body" to have sex with someone she opts to, for coin. Seems kinda messed up if you ask me.
