You're not the only one with an ax to grind with Monsanto....millions write and blog about them everyday. I've mentioned them several times on this forum...maybe you noticed/maybe not.

Here's something to consider....Monsanto can increase the rate of cancer (and probably does)...so who benefits most from increased cancer? Big Pharma, that's who.

Which industries have the most wealth? Agriculture, Pharmaceutical and Big Oil...that's who.

I rarely noticed any of my parents friends or relatives getting cancer when I was young....but in the past 3 years, I've had 4 co-workers get cancer one of whom did not survive. And none of them were over 60.

Just found out last week that a lifelong friend has throat cancer...makes me want to go 100% organic.

Speaking of organic, did anyone know that all farmer who want to buy seeds from Monsanto must sign a contract the makes them destroy all seeds that are not from Monsanto?

Phuck Monsanto and big Pharma. I'm sure they could have found a cure for cancer by now....but why eliminate such a huge source of REVENUE?

Farmers are being legally put out of business for growing otganic...it is scary. They have the means...money...connections to manipulate the country. As they are squeezed out overseas they will put more out of business to stay in business. A 2016 candidate would do well to be anti Monsanto and pledge to clean up that mess.

It is a pipedream, as much as many of us agree.. very difficult to fight the power, politics and the money..

You can follow the GMO controversy at "Grist" and "Mother Earth News", both of whom have become watchdogs and are strong advocates for organic food...
