Default Afghanistan: Nato air strike 'kills eight women'

Yeah ... let's blame it on a movie ...
The movie just inflamed what's already there.

Google this and no major American media sources are covering it as of this post.

BBC News - Afghanistan: Nato air strike 'kills eight women' in Laghman

Quote:
Local officials in the remote area of Laghman told the BBC at least eight women had died, while provincial council member Gulzar Sangarwal said nine were dead. Major Adam Wojack, a spokesman for the Isaf international forces, said between five and eight civilians could have been killed, and said an investigation was under way.

He told the BBC that a group of some 45 insurgents had been targeted by an Isaf unit, and many had been killed.Civilian casualties by Nato-led forces have strained relations with the Afghan government"Unfortunately, we have become aware of possible Isaf-caused civilian casualties as a result of this strike, numbering five-eight Afghans," he said.

"Isaf offers its sincerest condolences to the affected community and family members, as well as to the Afghan people, concerning this tragic loss of life." At least seven women were also reported to have been injured. Provincial health director Latif Qayumi said some of them injured were girls aged as young as 10.

I wonder if Sean Penn and Cindy Sheehan know about this, the Pelosi gang used to go insane over news like this, maybe they haven't heard about it either?

Civilian deaths have no meaning unless Darth Bush kills them.

And Obama is a terrorist sympathizer despite killing bin Laden and killing however many terrorists with drone strikes...

Neither side has cornered the market on hypocrisy.

Obama sent Bin Laden a letter a week before they killed him and it said,

Dear Bin,
I'm sorry but I need the votes.
Regards
President Barry

Yeah, and sometime in the next week or two Obama will go on TV saying he caught the people that murdered the American's at the embassy. When asked where they are he will lets us all know that they were killed. Then, someone will ask where the bodies are and he will reply that after they were killed he had them dumped in the sea.

And, why is it that when Bush was in charge civilian deaths were all on his head, but with Obama and his drones no one seems to care how many innocent people are killed?

Don't tell me you think bin Laden wasn't actually killed...

Weren't the civilian deaths already addressed? Yes, hypocrisy -- just like the righty hypocrites who somehow find fault with Obama's efforts on that front despite having lauded Bush's.

It's all bs. If you toe either party line you're almost certainly devoid of actual principles.

I think OBL is dead. I think the burial at sea was weird. And, yes the right is full of hypocrisy. And, so is the left. I think this board is funny. I know that if Bush had killed OBL and then dropped his body in the sea the left would have a ton of conspiracy theories about it.

I know that if we could magically travel back in time and change Obama's D to an R every subject discussed on this board would have a complete reversal of which poster attacked and which defended.

And, that is why the politicians have won. It is game over. There is no more common sense, or deciding for yourself what is right or wrong, it is now just right or left. The really cool part of all this is that there is really no right or left, just power and money.

once again, I am glad that I never had the desire to have children. What a bleak outlook for the future they would have been facing.
