Shouldn't we try to get the money back from them?

I wonder if this requires changes in the law. After all, aren't unemployment statutes state and SSDI federal? Also, I'm pretty sure with SSDI you are allowed to earn a limited amount of money, so a disabled person could become unemployed. Certainly, a person who applies for both SSDI and unemployment at roughly the same time should not be eligible for both, in my opinion.
