Menino's a great mayor. He's done a lot of good, even starting to branch out and fix up parts of Southie, East Boston, Charlestown, Fort Point, and the South End/Roxbury area. That said, he is Mr. Mumbles. A friend of mine had the recently got to meet both Menino and Patrick, and she said, "They're just what you expect. Patrick is polite and gentlemanly and Menino seems like he could turn around and punch you in the mouth at any moment!" Menino is a classic blue collar liberal.

He seems to know whento get in and when to stay out of the way. Classic Boston Mayor style. White was good at that, too. Flynn was a creepy, priestly wierdo, IMO. I met him @ an IRAM club and he was acting like he thought he was the Cardinal. He had enough red-faced suck-ups glomming on to him to get away with it. Just a dillhole.

I'm guessing he's speaking as part of the build and strategy to Elizabeth Warren. If Dems can win this race, a lot people think the Dems will retain control of the Senate.

She might be better of praying for an asteroid to hit Senator Brown's pickup.
