Bill Clinton most definitely is not now, or ever was, "a racist." And it's a stretch to call the common colloquialism "carrying our bags" a racist statement. It's a general reference to subordination that could apply to anyone of any race.

To me this sounds like some sort of code speak.
Sounds like he wants a certain segment of people in our society "back in chains"....hhhmmmm????
