Default Big Business Is Doing Fine

And if you doubted Obama when he reassured us that the private sector was doing fine - now you've got confirmation from Mitt Romney - only he tells us why.

The key seems to be knowing how to get around the tax code and take advantage of off-shore tax havens.

Quote:
"Big business is doing fine in many places," Romney said. "They get the loans they need. They can deal with all the regulation.

"They know how to find ways to get through the tax code, save money by putting various things in places where there are low tax havens around the world for their businesses."

as long as it is legal.......the government has these loopholes in there.....obama could have tried to do something about them.....

businesses main purpose is to maximize profits. many many people benefit when they do. My money gets good earnings via this principle......my family is all set and does not need welfare EBT's......even my 16 year old contributes to the tax base.......its the way it should be

some are doing 'fine' because of obama ..... look at GM

others are doing fine in spite of obama.......

I know where you are trying to go with this, but I can tell you that obama has done nothing good for business in this country.........they have succeeded/failed on their own merits

Apple is doing fantastic under Obama....even he is part of the party

He does great advertisement for an american company that outsources 100% of its manufacturing and then has the hypocrisy to talk about romney's job outsourcing.......

Wow...and who thought he and Mitt had nothing in common??

On Saturday, BuzzFeed Politics published a collection of 12 AP pool photos from the day of rest Mitt Romney spent at his beach house on the shores of New Hampshire's Lake Winnipesaukee.

In two of the photos, the Republican candidate for President is wearing bicycle gear. In four, he's riding an oversized speedboat.

In the rest he's either glued to his Apple (AAPL) iPad, or reading his iPad while wired to an iPhone, seemingly oblivious to the buzz of human activity around him.
