I live in Lowell and I actually justify the stabbings that seem to happen every other weekend saying "At least the guy/girl wasn't shot."
You and I know that the USA is the most violent place on earth.
Do you think it could be because of the size of our population, coupled with the level of freedom guaranteed to us and the cut throat quality of our economic and social systems?
When you allow 50 million babies to be killed over 40 years and call it choice. it does desensitize the society to violence.

If it's not okay for the rank and file to hijack threads, it should be that much more off-limits for a mod. It should not be "okay" for a mod just because he knows he acts with impunity.
