Default America and Democracy 1, Liberalism 0

So a guy gets elected governor of one of our 50 states. And then his hateful, intolerant political opponents demand a recall. And why did they demand this recall? Did he break some law? Was he accused of a crime? Did he break his campaign promises? No, he did exactly what he said he would do and the majority of Wisconsin residents supported him.

So now the left's pathetic effort to usurp democracy has been thwarted. Needless to say, they're acting like the sore losers they are. They despise democracy and they despise the concept of fair elections, as these past few months in Wisconsin have clearly demonstrated.

Don't be fooled by the left wing spin: This is a tremendous victory for our country and those who love democracy, an even larger defeat for the left and their union thugs, and is making the Obama reelection campaign scared ****less.

In my view it's a tremendous victory for the type of white, straight, Christian, male who laments the loss of so many of his special privileges to women and minorities.

Pop the champagne, Wolfpack!

Patters, being a sore loser is so unbecoming.

You are invited to share in this victory for America and this victory for democracy. There's no reason to be so sour.

Come on, wolfie, the recall process is part of democracy in Wisconsin -- just like the recall process is part of democracy in CA.

By your logic, everything you attributed to the left here applied to the right when Gray Davis was recalled. (btw, I voted in favor of that recall)

But at least in that case we have an example of extreme and gross mismanagement on the part of the state's leadership. People can handle taxes, deficits, regulations, etc, but when can't turn the lights on reliably for extended periods of time, heads are going to roll - and deservedly so.

Yahoooo!!!

Absolutley. Now you leftover dumbacrats get the picture on how your being misled by the left wing media?
They fooled you again didn't they?
This recall wasn't even close and it was a figment of their imagination.****** dillusional.
Unions look like complete ass holes.Wasting everyones money on a recall because their whiny losers.
Funny how republicans have to win an election twice and make sure they win by at least 5% because of the fraud factor because of a handful of parasites and thieves.
Funny how the union lost half their membership we people weren't forced to pay dues.
This was the canary in the coal mine for democrats and don't think it wasn't. A blue state losing twice to a budget cutting tea party republican.
Welcome to America, Marxist!!

In this world of sin and sorrow there is always something to be thankful for; as for me, I rejoice that I am not a Republican.

The Democrats are the party that says government will make you smarter, taller, richer, and remove the crabgrass on your lawn. The Republicans are the party that says government doesn't work and then they get elected and prove it.

I agree with this statement. The democrats are the party of empty promises, making completely untenable guarantees to anyone and everyone about what the government can do.
