Two views here.

1) If he knew they were pornstars, he shouldn't have taken the picture with them. I don't think that's appropriate for a president to do. Obviously he's his own person and can do as he chooses to.

2) My guess is he may have not known they were pornstars, since the party had all kinds of hollywood celebs there. I can't imagine how many people walk up to him and ask to take a picture. He can't possibly know who everyone is, or screen every person that asks for one. Especially when they're a couple of ladies flashing some leg, and ear to ear smiles. I couldn't say no either.
